Anastasia Chaschina

Lawyer in the Dispute Resolution and Bankruptcy Practice

Anastasia is a lawyer in the Dispute Resolution and Bankruptcy Practice of Savina Legal. Before joining the company, she worked as an assistant judge in the arbitration court specializing in bankruptcy of individuals and legal entities.

During her public service, Anastasia acquired unique experience in drafting court decisions on all significant separate disputes in bankruptcy cases: subsidiary liability, losses, challenging transactions, disagreements, complaints about the actions (inaction) of managers, etc.

A special category of cases that Anastasia worked with include disputes on bringing to subsidiary liability and collecting damages in bankruptcy cases of banks and developers, challenging complex chains of property withdrawal in the pre-bankruptcy period.

Anastasia graduated from the Russian State University of Justice under the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, where she also received a master’s degree in private law in “Jurisprudence”.

Projects:
Successfully challenged the subordination of the client's claim and confirmation of the status of an independent creditor.
Successfully appealed the imposition of subsidiary liability on two foreign companies and two Russian individuals in the amount of 2.7 billion rubles for a transaction that had previously been declared invalid in a bankruptcy case.
