Olga is Managing Partner of SL.Solutions – service, which consolidates legal and business analysis lines. She majors in complex and multi-faceted economic disputes. She was recognised by Best Lawyers (2020 – 2022) and Pravo-300 joining the ranks of the best lawyers of Russia in the category of Restructuring and Bankruptcy.

Olga was involved in numerous high-profile court cases and consulted major Russian and international companies. She has extensive experience in dispute resolution and representing clients at all levels of arbitrazh courts, including the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, in various kinds of legal relations, including disputes over recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards in the Russian Federation.

Olga is a well-known specialist in conducting bankruptcy proceedings both on the side of the creditor and on the side of the debtor. She is a pioneer in application and implementation of debt restructuring mechanisms as an instrument to save business.

Previously, she was partner at leading Russian law firms, and also held the office of Vice President for Legal Affairs in one of the largest construction holdings of Russia.

She is active speaker at conferences held by Vedomosti and RBC, FORBES Congress, Pravo.ru, Far East Legal Forum, Saint Petersburg International Legal Forum, Pacific Ocean Legal Forum.

Projects:

Assisting in procedures of restructuring of RUB 5 billion troubled debt with the involvement of distressed asset management of a large manufacturer of complex multilayer packaging materials.

Developing and implementing the strategy to defend one of the debtor’s beneficiaries from subsidiary liability in the bankruptcy proceedings commenced by the Russian Federal Tax Service. In these bankruptcy proceedings in respect of Tovary Buduschego LLC, the tax authority imposed RUB 10 billion subsidiary liability on the debtor’s controlling persons. The judgment made in this case was upheld at all three levels of court instances.

Representing members of the board of directors of a major construction company of SU 155 Group from subsidiary liability for approval of challenged transactions amounting to RUB 54 million.

Representing the former CEO of a major supplier of food products to wholesale and retail trade companies from RUB 800 million subsidiary liability as part of the bankruptcy of the principal debtor and its sureties.

Successfully representing the clients in a range of international arbitration proceedings. Representing the client in the ICAC at the Russian CCI in a dispute with the Government of the Republic of Belarus over the recovery of USD 3,230,516 as damages under the bank guarantee under the facility agreement.

Assisting in investment dispute in ICSID – International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (Washington) over the recovery of USD 250,000,000 as damages from the Government of the Republic of Belarus in connection with the unlawful nationalisation of a railcar manufacturing plant.

Recognized by the Best Lawyers 2021 and Pravo-300 ratings. Olga is one of the best lawyers in Russia in restructuring and bankruptcy.
