Alikhan Yaganov is a senior lawyer at Savina Legal and focuses on projects related to judicial claims work and support of bankruptcy procedures: he successfully represents clients in arbitration proceedings and courts of general jurisdiction.
Before joining Savina Legal, Alikhan worked as inhouse lawyer of a large transport holding and participated in the formation of judicial practice for collecting fees for demurrage of cars.
Alikhan graduated from the Faculty of Law of Moscow State University. M.V. Lomonosov and the Faculty of Law of Higher School of Economics.
