The Supreme Court refused to bring the CDL to the subsidiary for failure to hand over documents | Alikhan Yaganov

The Supreme Court said that for bringing the person to subsidiary liability it is necessary not only to mention the fact of non-transfer of documents to the CDL, but also to explain exactly how such non-transfer affected bankruptcy procedures.
