The cause of action is the company’s refusal to return the money for the online courses at the beginning of the training. Claimants: 102 students. Claim price: RUB 25.7 million, including online course price, penalty for refusal to allow customers’ demands and emotional damages of RUB 20,000 per each student. The claimants are challenging clauses of the offer agreement.
